Terms & Conditions

A full copy of our T&C’s will be forwarded to hirer for acceptance before a booking is confirmed

We/Us/Our/Company/Driver/Operator/NQ Hummer, indicates a reference to
our company (Triss Enterprises ABN 73676957351, trading as NQ Hummer),

The hirer/you/booking customer is the booking client.

The booking customer is responsible to ensure all passengers are aware of these conditions,
and will be deemed responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle at all times.
The hirer is also responsible for any damage to exterior, interior and or contents of the vehicle

GENERAL HIRE

General hire, corporate functions, Group events, School Formals and Debutante Balls etc.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All transactions are done in Australian Dollars. All prices include GST
A minimum booking of one hour applies to all bookings unless agreed otherwise by operators
The hirer accepts that when deposit has been paid, that they have accepted all Terms & Conditions.
All tentative dates will be held for 3 days only
To confirm and hold a booking, credit card details must be given. We require credit card details for your booking which are held as security against waiting time, cancellation, no-show and vehicle damage etc.
$1 is charged to the credit card and deducted from the final balance payment.
You will be notified of any pending additional payment.
Visa and MasterCard Credit card transactions attract:2% surcharge (Amex and Diners not accepted)
Bookings made within 14 days of hire date – full hiring fee is payable and non refundable upon cancellation
Bookings with a hire date more than 14 days in advance – a $200 deposit is required in order to confirm your general booking – $500 for wedding bookings.You do not have a confirmed booking until deposit is received.
Please note that all deposits are non refundable.
The full balance is due and payable 14 days prior to your event

CANCELLATIONS

Strictly no refunds of payments if canceled within 14 days of hire date.
No shows and last minute cancellations– full amount paid will be retained by operator
Cancellations made prior to 14 days before hire date deposit is retained.

HIRE TIMES

All one-hour bookings will allow  for one pick-up point. Each extra pick up not advised will attract a
$20.00 fee (plus overtime if applicable)
Extension of booking times on the day will be at driver’s discretion and also dependent on other booking requirements. Payment for additional time must be made at the time.
Overtime rates are charged at $120 per 15 mins for extended hire beyond the time agreed upon
Excessive waiting time at pick up and any mid way drop off points (15 minutes and more) is NOT included in your price unless it has been specified. Any waiting time will be charged at a rate of $120 per 15 minutes and charged to the credit card whose details are held or is to be paid direct to the driver in cash
Any other changes to the booking day may incur further charges.

The hirer accepts that when deposit has been paid, that they have accepted all Terms & Conditions.
All tentative dates will be held for 3 days only
To confirm and hold a booking, credit card details must be given. We require credit card details for your booking which are held as security against waiting time, cancellation, no-show and vehicle damage etc. You will be notified of any pending additional payment.

Cancellations must be made in writing by letter or email
Bookings made within 42 days (6 weeks) of hire date – full hiring fee is payable and non refundable upon cancellation
Bookings with a hire date more than 42 days (6 weeks) days in advance – a $500 deposit is required in order to confirm your booking. You do not have a confirmed booking until deposit is received.
Please note that all deposits are non refundable.

Where the vehicle remains unbooked for your time, a fee of up to 75% of original booking rate will be charged.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The driver is ultimately in total control of the hire and will communicate with the hirer regarding alterations to the hire or requests from the group
The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations may be removed from the vehicle or prevented from boarding at the driver’s discretion.
